Fosfopentomutaza (EC 5.4.2.7, fosfodezoksiribomutaza, dezoksiribozna fosfomutaza, dezoksiribomutaza, fosforibomutaza, alfa-D-glukoza-1,6-bisfosfat:dezoksi-D-riboza-1-fosfat fosfotransferaza, D-ribozna 1,5-fosfomutaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alfa-D-riboza 1,5-fosfomutaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- alfa-D-riboza 1-fosfat D-riboza 5-fosfat
Ovaj enzim takođe konvertuje 2-dezoksi-alfa-D-riboza 1-fosfat u 2-dezoksi-D-riboza 5-fosfat.
