Fosfonopiruvatna dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.82, 3-fosfonopiruvatna karboksilijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-fosfonopiruvat karboksilijaza (formira 2-fosfonoacetaldehid).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3-fosfonopiruvat 2-fosfonoacetaldehid + CO2
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi 2-aminoetilfosfonata.
