Fenilalanin dehidrogenaza (EC 1.4.1.20, L-fenilalaninska dehidrogenaza, PHD) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-fenilalanin:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza (deaminacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-fenilalanin +H2O + NAD+ fenilpiruvat + NH3 + NADH + H+
Enzimi iz Bacillus badius i Sporosarcina ureae su visoko specifični za L-fenilalanin; dok enzim iz Bacillus sphaericus takođe deluje na L-tirozin.
