Fenilacetil-KoA hidrolaza (EC 3.1.2.25) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom fenilglioksilil-KoA hidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- fenilglioksilil-KoA + H2O fenilglioksilat + KoA
Ovaj enzim posreduje drugi korak konverzije fenilacetil-KoA do fenilglioksilata.
