Dolihil-fosfat a-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.153, uridin difosfoacetilglukozamin-dolihol fosfatna acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, dolihil fosfatna acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, dolihil fosfatna N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, UDP-N-acetilglukozamin-dolihol fosfatna N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin:dolihil-fosfat alfa-N-acetil-D-glukozaminiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
