Dihidroksi kiselinska dehidrataza (EC 4.2.1.9, acetohidroksikiselinska dehidrataza, alfa,beta-dihidroksikiselinska dehidrataza, 2,3-dihidroksiizovaleratna dehidrataza, alfa,beta-dihidroksiizovaleratna dehidrataza, dihidroksi kiselinska dehidraza, DHAD, 2,3-dihidroksi-kiselinska hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2,3-dihidroksi-3-metilbutanoat hidrolijaza (formira 3-metil-2-oksobutanoat).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2,3-dihidroksi-3-metilbutanoat 3-metil-2-oksobutanoat + H2O
