Diaminopimelat dehidrogenaza (EC 1.4.1.16, mezo-alfa,epsilon-diaminopimelatna dehidrogenaza, mezo-diaminopimelatna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom mezo-2,6-diaminoheptandioat:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza (deaminacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
