Crvena panika ili Crveni strah (engleski: Red scare) je izraz kojim se u SAD u najširem smislu označava stav kako državi i njenim građanima prijeti smrtna opasnost od subverzivne aktivnosti radikalne ljevice. Izraz je najčešće pežorativan, i koristi se u historijskom kontekstu 20. vijeka, prvenstveno za dva različita perioda u kome je taj stav bio prihvaćen, odnosno kroz različite represivne mjere institucionaliziran od strane državnih vlasti.
