Cinamil-alkohol dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.195, cinamil alkohol dehidrogenaza, CAD) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom cinamil-alkohol:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- cinamil alkohol + NADP+ cinamaldehid + NADPH + H+
Ovaj enzim deluje na koniferil alkohol, sinapil alkohol, 4-kumaril alkohol i cinamil alkohol (cf. EC 1.1.1.194, koniferil-alkohol dehidrogenaza).
