Cikloheksanon monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.22, cikloheksanonska 1,2-monooksigenaza, cikloheksanonska oksigenaza, cikloheksanon:NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (6-hidroksilacija, 1,2-laktonizacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom cikloheksanon,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (formira lakton).[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- cikloheksanon + NADPH + H+ + O2 heksano-6-lakton + NADP+ + H2O
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD).
