Biuretna amidohidrolaza (EC 3.5.1.84) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom biuret amidohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- biuret + H2O ureja-1-karboksilat + NH3
Ovaj enzim zajedno sa EC 3.5.2.15 (cijanurinsko kiselinskom amidohidrolazom) i EC 3.5.1.54 (alofanatnom hidrolazome) formira deo cijanurinsko-kiselinskog metaboličkog puta.
