Beta-Ala-His dipeptidaza (EC 3.4.13.20, serumska karnozinaza) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferenciona hidroliza beta-Ala-His dipeptida (karnozina), kao i anserina, Xaa-His dipeptida i drugih dipeptida uključujući homokarnozin
Ovaj enzim je prisutan u serum ljudi i viših primata.
