Benzoat 1,2-dioksigenaza (EC 1.14.12.10, benzoatna hidroksilaza, benzoatna hidroksilaza, benzoinska hidroksilaza, benzoatna dioksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom benzoat,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (1,2-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- benzoat + NADH + H+ + O2 (1R,6S)-1,6-dihidroksicikloheksa-2,4-dien-1-karboksilat + NAD+
Ovaj enzim sadrži Fe2+.
