Sir Barnes Neville Wallis, CBE[1] FRS, RDI, FRAeS (26. septembar 1887 – 30. oktobar 1979), bio je engleski naučnik, inženjer i pronalazač, najpoznatiji po odskakujućoj bombi koju je izumio za potrebe RAF-a u Drugom svjetskom ratu i koja je korištena u znamenitom napadu na njemačke brane u proljeće 1943. godine. Barnes Wallis je također poznat po izumu tzv. geodetskog aviotrupa i seizmičke bombe. Godine 1955. je njegov lik u filmu The Dam Busters tumačio Michael Redgrave.
