B-lizinska 5,6-aminomutaza (EC 5.4.3.3, beta-lizinska mutaza, L-beta-lizinska 5,6-aminomutaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (3S)-3,6-diaminoheksanoat 5,6-aminomutaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan kobamidni koenzim.
