Arabinoza-5-fosfatna izomeraza (EC 5.3.1.13, arabinoza fosfat izomeraza, fosfoarabinoizomeraza, D-arabinoza-5-fosfat ketol-izomeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-arabinoza-5-fosfat aldoza-ketoza-izomeraza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
