Antranilatna sintaza (EC 4.1.3.27, antranilatna sintetaza, horizmatna piruvat-lijaza (amino prihvatajuća), TrpE) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom horizmat piruvat-lijaza (amino prihvatajuća; formira antranilat).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
