Alifatična nitrilaza (EC 3.5.5.7) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alifatični nitril aminohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- R-CN + 2 H 2O R-COOH + NH3
Ovaj enzim preferentno hidrolizuje alifatične nitrile.
