Akridon sintaza (EC 2.3.1.159) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom malonil-KoA:N-metilantraniloil-KoA maloniltransferaza (ciklizacija).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3 malonil-KoA + N-metilantraniloil-KoA 4 KoA + 1,3-dihidroksi-N-metilakridon + 3 CO2
Ovaj enzim pripada superfamiliji biljnih poliketidnih sintaza.
