Acetilksilanska estaraza (EC 3.1.1.72, Acetylxylan esterase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetilksilan esteraza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Deacetilacija ksilana i ksilo-oligosaharida
Ovaj enzim katalizuje hidrolizu acetil grupa iz polimernih ksilana, acetilisane ksiloze, acetilisane glukoze, alfa-naftil acetata i p-nitrofenil acetata.
