5-O-(4-kumaroil)-D-hinat 3'-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.36, 5-O-(4-kumaroil)-D-hinat/šikimat 3'-hidroksilaza, kumaroilhinat(cumaroilšikimat) 3'-monooksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom trans-5-O-(4-kumaroil)-D-hinat,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (3'-hidroksilacija).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- trans-5-O-(4-kumaroil)-D-hinat + NADPH + H+ + O2 trans-5-O-kafeoil-D-hinat + NADP+ + H2O
