4-Hlorobenzoatna dehalogenaza (EC 3.8.1.6, halobenzoatna dehalogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-hlorobenzoat hlorohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 4-hlorobenzoat + H2O 4-hidroksibenzoat + hlorid
Ovaj enzim katalizuje prvi korak degradacije hlorobenzoata u Pseudomonas.
