3b-hidroksi-5a-steroid dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.278, 3b-hidroksi-5a-steroidna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3beta-hidroksi-5alfa-steroid:NADP+ 3-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
