2-Aminomukonatna deaminaza (EC 3.5.99.5, amnD (gen), nbaF (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-aminomukonat aminohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2-aminomukonat + H2O (3E)-2-oksoheks-3-endioat + NH3
2-Aminomukonat je intermedijer u bakterijskoj biodegradaciji nitrobenzena.
