1,3-b-oligoglukan fosforilaza (EC 2.4.1.30, beta-1,3-oligoglukan:ortofosfat glukoziltransferaza II, beta-1,3-oligoglukan fosforilaza, 1,3-beta-D-oligoglukan:fosfat alfa-D-glukoziltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (1->3)-beta-D-glukan:fosfat alfa-D-glukoziltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- [(1->3)-beta-D-glukozil]n + fosfat [(1->3)-beta-D-glukozil]n-1 + alfa-D-glukoza 1-fosfat
Ovaj enzim ne deluje na laminarin.
