Heksoza oksidaza (EC 1.1.3.5, heksozna oksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-heksoza:kiseonik 1-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-glukoza + O2 D-glukono-1,5-lakton +H2O2
Ovaj enzim je bakarni glikoprotein. On takođe oksiduje D-galaktozu, D-manozu, maltozu, laktozu i celobiozu.
