Zn2+ eksportujuća ATPaza (EC 3.6.3.5, Zn(II)-translocirajuća P-tip ATPaza, P1B-tip ATPaza, AtHMA4) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (Zn2+ eksport).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ova P-tip ATPaza podleže kovalentnoj fosforilaciji tokom transportnog ciklusa.
