Zingipain (EC 3.4.22.67, đimburna proteaza, GP-I, GP-II, đimburna proteaza II (Zingiber officinale), zingibain) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno razlaganje peptida sa prolinskim ostatko u P2 poziciji
Ovaj enzim je prisutanu đimburu (Zingiber officinale) i član je papainske familije.
