Undekaprenil-difosfooligosaharid—protein glikotransferaza (EC 2.4.99.19, PglB) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tritrans,heptacis-undekaprenil-difosfooligosaharid:protein-L-asparagin N-beta-D-oligosaharidotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- tritrans,heptacis-undekaprenil difosfooligosaharid + [protein]-L-asparagin tritrans,heptacis-undekaprenil difosfat + glikoprotein sa oligosaharidnim lancom vezanim N-beta-D-glikozilnom vezom za protein L-asparagin
Ovaj bakterijski enzim je izolovan iz Campylobacter jejuni i Campylobacter lari.
