Polipeptid N-acetilgalaktozaminiltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.41, protein-UDP acetilgalaktozaminiltransferaza, UDP-GalNAc:polipeptid N-acetilgalaktozaminil transferaza, UDP-N-acetilgalaktozamin:kappa-casein polipeptid N-acetilgalaktozaminiltransferaza, uridin difosfoacetilgalaktozamin-glikoprotein acetilgalaktozaminiltransferaza, glikoprotein acetilgalaktozaminiltransferaza, polipeptid-N-acetilgalaktozamin transferaza, UDP-acetilgalaktozamin-glikoprotein acetilgalaktozaminiltransferaza, UDP-acetilgalaktozamin:peptid-N-galaktozaminiltransferaza, UDP-GalNAc:polipeptid N-acetilgalaktozaminiltransferaza, UDP-N-acetil-alfa-D-galaktozamin:polipeptid N-acetilgalaktozaminiltransferaza, UDP-N-acetilgalaktozamin-glikoprotein N-acetilgalaktozaminiltransferaza, UDP-N-acetilgalaktozamin-protein N-acetilgalaktozaminiltransferaza, UDP-N-acetilgalaktozamin:polipeptid N-acetilgalaktozaminiltransferaza, UDP-N-acetilgalaktozamin:protein N-acetilgalaktozaminil transferaza, ppGalNAc-T) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-N-acetil-alfa-D-galaktozamin:polipeptid N-acetilgalaktozaminil-transferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- UDP-N-acetil-alfa-D-galaktozamin + polipeptid UDP + N-acetil-alfa-D-galaktozaminil-polipeptid
Za rad ovog enzima su neophodni Mn2+ i Ca2+.
