Treoninska amonijak-lijaza (EC 4.3.1.19, treoninska deaminaza, L-serinska dehidrataza, serinska deaminaza, L-treoninska dehidrataza, treoninska dehidraza, L-treoninska deaminaza, treoninska dehidrataza, L-treoninska hidrolijaza (deaminacija), L-treoninska amonijak-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-treonin amonijak-lijaza (formira 2-oksobutanoat).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-treonin 2-oksobutanoat + NH3
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal fosfatni enzim.
