TRNK guanozin-2'-O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.34, tRNK (Gm18) 2'-O-metiltransferaza, tRNK (Gm18) metiltransferaza, TrmH, SpoU) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:tRNK (guanozin18-2'-O)-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + guanozin18 u tRNK S-adenozil-L-homocistein + 2'-O-metilguanozin18 u tRNK
Ovaj enzim katalizuje metilaciju guanozina18 unutar tRNK.
