tRNK-dihidrouridin 20 sintaza [NAD(P)+] (EC 1.3.1.91, Dus2p, tRNK-dihidrouridinska sintaza 2) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tRNK-5,6-dihidrouracil20:NAD(P)+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 5,6-dihidrouracil 20 u tRNK + NAD(P)+ uracil 20 u tRNK + NAD(P)H + H+
Ovaj enzim je flavoenzim. On specifično modifikuje uracil 20 u tRNK.
