TRNK (guanin-N1-)-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.31, transfer ribonukleat guaninska 1-metiltransferaza, tRNK guaninska 1-metiltransferaza, S-adenozil-L-metionin:tRNK (guanin-1-N-)-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:tRNK (guanin-N1-)-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + tRNK S-adenozil-L-homocistein + tRNK sa N1-metilguaninom
