Sukcinilornitin transaminaza (EC 2.6.1.81, sukcinilornitinska aminotransferaza, N2-sukcinilornitin 5-aminotransferaza, AstC, SOAT, 2-N-sukcinil-L-ornitin:2-oksoglutarat 5-aminotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N2-sukcinil-L-ornitin:2-oksoglutarat 5-aminotransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

N2-sukcinil-L-ornitin + 2-oksoglutarat N-sukcinil-L-glutamat 5-semialdehid + L-glutamat

Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
