Skvalen—hopenska ciklaza (EC 5.4.99.17, Squalene—hopene cyclase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom skvalen mutaza (ciklizacija, formira hop-22(29)-en).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim takođe formira ciklizacioni produk hopan-22-ol.
