Ribonukleaza (poli-(U) specifična) (EC 3.1.26.9, ribonukleaza (uracil-specifična), uracil-specifična endoribonukleaza, uracil-specifična Rnaza) je enzim.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Endonukleolitičko razlaganje poli(U) do fragmenata završenih 3'-hidroksi i 5'-fosfatnim grupama
Ovaj enzim formira oligonukleotide sa lancom dužine 6 do 12 ostataka.
