Polinukleotidna 3'-fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.32, 2'(3')-polinukleotidaza, DNK 3'-fosfataza, dezoksiribonukleatna 3'-fosfataza, 5'-polinukleotidkinazna 3'-fosfataza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom polinukleotid 3'-fosfohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3'-fosfopolinukleotid + H2O polinukleotid + fosfat
Ovaj enzim hidrolizuje nukleozidne 2'-, 3'- i 5'-monofosfate.
