Fosfoenolpiruvatna mutaza (EC 5.4.2.9, fosfoenolpiruvat-fosfonopiruvatna fosfomutaza, PEP fosfomutaza, fosfoenolpiruvatna fosfomutaza, PEPPM, PEP fosfomutaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom fosfoenolpiruvat 2,3-fosfonomutaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosinteza C-P veze.
