Negativno usmerena kinezinska ATPaza (EC 3.6.4.5) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom kinezin ATP fosfohidrolaza (usmerena ka negativnom kraju).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je strukturno skoro identičan sa enzimom EC 3.6.4.3 mada on katalizuje kretanje ka negativnom kraju mikrotubula.
