Na+ eksportujuća ATPaza (EC 3.6.3.7, Na+-exporting ATPase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (Na+ eksport).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ova P-tip ATPaza podleže kovalentnoj fosforilaciji tokom transportnog ciklusa.
