Nikotianamin aminotransferaza (EC 2.6.1.80, NAAT, NAAT-I, NAAT-II, NAAT-III, nikotianaminska transaminaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom nikotianamin:2-oksoglutarat aminotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- nikotianamin + 2-oksoglutarat 3-deamino-3-oksonicotianamin + L-glutamat
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
