N-sukcinilargininska dihidrolaza (EC 3.5.3.23, N2-sukcinilargininska dihidrolaza, argininska sukcinilhidrolaza, SADH, AruB, AstB, 2-N-sukcinil-L-arginin iminohidrolaza (dekarboksilacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N2-sukcinil-L-arginin iminohidrolaza (dekarboksilacija).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N2-sukcinil-L-arginin + 2H2O N2-sukcinil-L-ornitin + 2 NH3 + CO2
Arginin, N2-acetilarginin i N2-glutamilarginin nisu supstrati.
