N-formilglutamatna deformilaza (EC 3.5.1.68, beta-citril-L-glutamatma hidrolaza, formilglutamatna deformilaza, N-formilglutamatna hidrolaza, beta-citrilglutamatna amidaza, beta-citril-L-glutamatna amidohidrolaza, beta-citril-L-glutamatna amidaza, beta-citril-L-glutamat-hidrolizujući enzim) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-formil-L-glutamat amidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Životinjski enzim takođe deluje na beta-citril-L-glutamat i beta-citril-L-glutamin.
