N-acetilgalaktozamin kinaza (EC 2.7.1.157, GALK2, GK2, GalNAc kinaza, N-acetilgalaktozamin (GalNAc)-1-fosfat kinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:N-acetil-D-galaktozamin 1-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je visoko specifičan za GalNAc kao supstrat. On u manjoj meri deluje na D-galaktozu.
