Izopenicilin-N sintaza (EC 1.21.3.1, izopenicilin N sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-((5S)-5-amino-5-karboksipentanoil)-L-cisteinil-D-valin:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (ciklizacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-[(5S)-5-amino-5-karboksipentanoil]-L-cisteinil-D-valin + O2 izopenicilin N + 2 H2O
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi penicilina.
