Mn2+ zavisna ADP-ribozna/CDP-alkoholna difosfataza (EC 3.6.1.53, Mn2+-zavisna ADP-riboza/CDP-alkohol pirofosfataza, ADPRibaza-Mn) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom CDP-holin fosfohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (1) CDP-holin + H2O CMP + fosfoholin
- (2) ADP-riboza + H2O AMP + D-riboza 5-fosfat
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mn2+.
