2-C-metil-D-eritritol 4-fosfat citidililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.60, MEP citidililtransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom CTP:2-C-metil-D-eritritol 4-fosfat citidililtransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- CTP + 2-C-metil-D-eritritol 4-fosfat difosfat + 4-(citidin 5'-difosfo)-2-C-metil-D-eritritol
Za rad enzim iz Escherichia coli je neophodan jon Mg2+ ili Mn2+.
