M7GpppX difosfataza (EC 3.6.1.59, DcpS, m7GpppX pirofosfataza, m7GpppN m7GMP fosfohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom m7G5'ppp5'N m7GMP fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(1) m7G5'ppp5'N(3'ppp5'N)n + H2O 7-metilguanozin 5'-fosfat + pp5'N(3'ppp5'N)n
(2) 7-metilguanozin 5'-difosfat + H2O 7-metilguanozin 5'-fosfat + fosfat

Ovaj enzim posreduje uklanjanje kape i import tokom eukariotske iRNK degradacije.
