Limonen-1,2-epoksidna hidrolaza (EC 3.3.2.8, limonensko oksidna hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1,2-epoksimet-8-enska hidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 1,2-epoksimeth-8-en + H2O menth-8-en-1,2-diol
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u degradaciji monoterpena kod actinobakterije Rhodococcus eritropolis.
